1. USING THE WEBSITE

How and why should I register before proceed with shopping?

Registering for the first time is very easy. Click on the ‘Account’ button at the top right of the page, and select the ‘Register’ button.

Registration is not obligatory to explore and shop the site. However, creating an account gives you access to some benefits: creating wish-lists, saving items in your shopping cart for later, saving your personal and payment for faster check-out and stress-free returns.

 

What should I do if I forgot my account password?

Don’t worry if you forget your password. Simply go to the 'Login' page and click the 'Forgot Password' button. Insert your email address, click send, and we’ll send you a link to change your password.

 

What do I have to select my country while shopping?

We adjust the website to reflect your specific country’s local terms and conditions including business policy, retailers and prices, different measurement systems, different delivery costs, different currencies and languages. 

 

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Do the products online look accurate?

We always try to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

 

Why are some products showing out of stock?

As some of our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, we constantly update the site with the latest product availability.

Although we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, our Customer care team would be happy to assist you if you are looking for a particular product and cannot find it on our site.

 

Are there any gift-cards available for online shopping?

We currently do not offer gift cards to use online.

 

How many pieces of a single product I can purchase in one order?

We sell our products only to consumers and not to wholesalers or resellers. It is not permitted for a client to buy more than 10 items of the same article, colour and size.
